The Client

Spaice is an ecommerce technology website, that allows the purchase of items with the knowledge of the impact these items cost the environment.

The Requirements

Spaice required a site that engaged their target market 18 - 35 year olds, who are environmentally aware but also tech-savvy. The site needed to be responsive and intuative whilst also offering a more serious side - the plight of the environment. In this case, education was paramount. Before commiting to a sale, the user would be asked the moral question "do they really need the product?". This threw up some interesting challenges.

Colours

Palette

The colours chosen reflect tonal colours of the envirnonment. A strong contrast of vibrant colours against grey provided many opportunity to create defined areas of content and primary buttons.

Mobile Designs

Highlights

Being able to flex creativity and have fun on a very interesting project. However the site, through a various number of reasons, was shelved prior before launch. But I am hoping that one day it will see the light of day.
