The Customer
Michael Graham are a UK estate agent covering Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. Their target market is the mid to high end luxury properties.
The Requirements
Michael Graham came to us to redesign their rather outdated site. Their main objective was to drive sales and increase awareness. It was proposed to them to refocus their attention away from the traditional property search but to the request for valuations. Therefore increasing property on their roster.
This required a site to be intuative, engaging, responsive and, above all else, to elevate the Michael Graham brand.

The webite was completey prototyped as wireframes. This allowed us to fully test the 'How Much Is My Home Worth' tool without delving into designs.
Also, due to the amount of information that accompanies a property, we we're able to put content first and tailor our designs around the content heirachy.

Highlights
The redesign of the site surpassed even our expectations. By refocussing the site away from selling property to obtaining valuations, the number of requests more than tripled within the first week. Recently the site has undergone a new design update and continues to perform extremely well.
