The Customer
Quotedesk is an insurance website. Part of the Arthur J. Gallagher group, it is made up from many of the subsidary 20+ specialist insurance companies, pulling them together into one insurance hub.
The Requirements
Combining many specialist insurance companies into a single seemless experiencs was the priority when undertaking this project. The focus was to create a completely user focused approach so the site needed to be intuative, engaging and responsive. And although insurance can not be purchased through the site, it must provide emough information to the user and insurance broker to finalise the transaction smoothly.

Understnding each individual insurance product and their specific user requirements meant that we had to consider a varing amount of content, whilst ensuring the journey for the user was a simple and efficient one. Dynamic prototypes allowed us to concentrate on the important elements before asthetics were applied.

Designing and developing a simple and effective site from a vast array of individual sites, each with their own identity and tone of voice, always creates a challenge. But in this instance the product have now become a sum of their parts and a far more cohesive solution.
